Print and fill out the application. Sign and bring the completed application, along with cash or money order in the amount of $20.00, and all the required documents to our rental office located at 140 East Avenue G-4, Lancaster CA 93535. You and any additional applicants must bring in the application in person. Please call or text our office at 661-723-0077 with any further questions.

- Proof of Income (last 3 paycheck stubs)
